The Economic Forum in Karpacz is one of the most important economic events in Central and Eastern Europe, bringing together business representatives, local governments, public administration, academia and political leaders every year. It is a place for debates, the exchange of experience and, above all, numerous face-to-face meetings and business discussions.
During this year’s edition, we prepared the “Świętokrzyskie for Business” exhibition stand representing the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The project was based on an elegant, modern design with a natural wood colour scheme, which complemented the character of the event.
The central element of the stand was an impressive structure featuring a large, illuminated “ŚWIĘTOKRZYSKIE FOR BUSINESS” sign and the coat of arms of the region. The stand included dedicated workstations for the participating companies, equipped with illuminated fronts featuring their logos and multimedia screens.
An important part of the project was also the product display area. Glass showcases allowed the companies’ products to be presented in an attractive and organised way, while screens integrated into the structure provided space for multimedia presentations.
The stand was complemented by a comfortable lounge area, with sofas, armchairs and tables designed for meetings and business discussions. Plants, decorative LED lighting and warm colours created a welcoming and representative environment while maintaining the functional character of the stand.
We were responsible for the entire implementation – from the preparation of the stand structure and furnishings, through installation, to getting the stand ready for the start of the event. The stand was officially accepted by representatives of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and served throughout the Forum as a space for presenting the region and its businesses.
